Lizzie Bosen, LCSW
Owner, Psychotherapist, Coach & Clinical Supervisor

Hi there! I'm Lizzie, born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. I came to be a therapist via struggling with my own issues, including losing my mom to domestic violence at 16 years old, and surviving chronic, complex, interpersonal abuse. By my late 20's I was homeless, and severely depressed and traumatized. Around this time, my sister suggested I give therapy a try. Short story, I got into therapy, worked hard, and over time, was able to put all of my symptoms into remission. Therapy was the catalyst that saved my life, shout out to my sis and therapists! As you can imagine, I'm a big advocate of therapy...I get it, and care.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, including my fur babies, Kenji and Ki. I'm also a plant-based foodie, and enjoy yoga, swimming, arts and crafts, traveling, good books and movies!

Work Experience, Trainings & Certifications:
I have over five years of direct, clinical experience working with a diverse clientele, including treating individuals (tweens-older adults), groups, couples, and families at Her Wellness Therapy, Soma Psychotherapy Salt Lake City, and Holistic Elements (outpatient). Before this, I worked with adolescents at Copper Hills Youth Center as a mental health technician in West Jordan, Utah (inpatient).

I have completed training in IFS (Dr Frank Anderson, 2024), Mental Health & Nutrition (Canterbury, 2023) EMDR (Dr. Jennifer Sweeton, 2021), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (University of Denver GSSW, 2019).
