About Shelby
In her own words:
"I have over ten years of experience in the healthcare industry, having worked as a medical biller since 2014. I have also been involved in the dental field for the past four years. My expertise includes insurance claim processing, handling denials, payment posting, and managing Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs). My goal is to assist healthcare providers of all types in focusing more on their patients and less on the complexities of getting paid."
