MJ is a second year University of Utah MSW student and an ABA trained technician. MJ especially enjoys working with autistic kiddos - young adults and women working through trauma and more.
About MJ
In her own words:
"Hi, I'm MJ, 26 years old and currently in my second year of my MSW program. I have extensive experience in the mental health field and especially enjoy working with youth ages 8–18, as well as women learning/needing support to navigate their mental health. My background includes supporting individuals with trauma, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), anxiety, and depression.​
In my practice and continuing my knowledge, I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, ABA therapy, CBT, DBT, and more. My goal is to create a safe, calm, and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable and empowered in their healing journey."
