About Arlyne
In her own words: “Hi there! I'm glad you're here. I work with adults, couples, and families, and I’m especially passionate about supporting BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and Spanish-speaking communities. I also have experience working with individuals navigating complex PTSD, healing from trauma, and working through childhood and relational wounds. In our sessions, I take an anti-oppressive and anti-coercive approach to therapy. Together, we’ll explore how systems of oppression and inequality can impact mental health, relationships, and self-worth. I believe healing happens in connection — with ourselves, our bodies, and our communities.
I also enjoy working with multiracial, and polyamorous couples and families. Navigating the complexities of culture, identity, and relationships can be both challenging and beautiful. Whether you’re exploring cultural differences, unpacking systemic challenges, or deepening your connections, I offer a space where your experiences are honored.
As a somatic therapist, I help you feel through your experiences, not just think through them. Using Somatic Experiencing and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, we’ll explore your body’s language through sensation, emotion, and movement. Together, we’ll deepen your connection with yourself and your community — because healing doesn’t happen alone.”
