Lizzie is an expert in the field of complex trauma, mood disorders, body dysmorphic disorder and substance abuse recovery. She is trained in IFS, EMDR and more.

Jana is trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR & Mindfulness-based psychotherapy, and specializes in treating women with trauma, substance abuse and/or moms experiencing Perinatal, Anxiety & Mood Disorders (PMAD).

Arlyne specializes in treating the BIPOC, queer, polyamorous and Spanish speaking communities and is trained in Somatic Experiencing and Sensorimotor psychotherapy.

Alyssa is  certified sex therapist (AASECT), who specializes in sex therapy (sexual pain, troubles reaching orgasm, kink, sex-worker allied etc) treating couples/polyamory, and folx experiencing trauma and more.

MJ is a second-year University of Utah MSW student. She is trained in CBT, EMDR and is an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) trained technician. MJ especially enjoys working with kiddos to young adults (8-18 y/o) with autism spectrum disorder and women.

Emily is a second-year University of Utah MSW student. She is DBT and CBT knowledgeable and experienced. Emily enjoys working with individuals: kiddos to older adults, and treating trauma, mood disorders and more.

Stella is our beloved, Maltipoo therapy puppy! She is available to join some therapy sessions! Please ask your clinician 24 hours in advance of your appointment if she is available and we'll do our best to accommodate you!
