Lizzie is an empathetic, expert in the field of complex trauma, mood disorders, body dysmorphic disorder, and substance abuse recovery. She is trained in IFS, EMDR, KAP and more, and enjoys working with fellow women, and survivors, of all genders, orientations, and ethnic backgrounds.

Kassidy is a second year graduate student at Northwest Nazarene University. She is passionate about working with individuals who have experienced mental health challenges and trauma, including sexual trauma. Kassidy is also interested in seeing couples, and is trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1.

Jana is a caring, and experienced psychotherapist, trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR & mindfulness-based approaches, and specializes in treating women with trauma, substance abuse, co-dependency, and mood disorders, including moms experiencing perinatal, anxiety & mood disorders (PMAD). Yvette is a compassionate therapist who specializes in supporting women, adolescents, and young adults in building resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper connection with themselves and others. She integrates trauma-informed care with cognitive-based theories, IFS, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support lasting emotional growth and change.
