Psychotherapy Session, 50 minutes: In-Office, Tele-therapy or Hybrid
During the intake assessment, the practitioner and client/s discuss the client/s history, issues/symptoms, treatment goals, and create a tailored treatment plan to best fit the client/s needs and goals.
Subsequent sessions, practitioner and client/s discuss and process the client's emotions, thoughts, trauma and more. The practitioner provides a safe relationship and modalities such as IFS, EMDR and/or CBT, so the client/s can heal and reach treatment goals.
Fully licensed therapist: $150 individuals, $175 relationships
Associate therapist: $125 individuals, $150 relationships
Clinical intern therapist: $75 individuals, $100 relationships
Self-pay: we accept all credit and debit cards, CareCredit, hsa/fsa, checks and cash.

Insurance: we accept Select Health, Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah, United Healthcare/UMR/Optum, Cigna, Aetna and "super bills," or monthly invoices we submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Clients claiming on OON benefits pay an insurance determined fee upfront, then insurance pays the rest, often paying 50% or more of the bill.
Clinical Intern Therapists accept Select, Regence BCBS, United Healthcare and self-pay options only. Sliding scale available.

Group Therapy, 50 minutes: Tele-therapy
We currently offer a virtual, complex trauma processing group, Thursdays from 7-8 p. The group is free for qualifying, Her Wellness clients who are attending individual therapy sessions regularly.

$100/month (4 sessions, paid in advance on the 5th of each month)

Women's Leadership & Career Coaching Session, 50 minutes: In-Office, Tele-therapy or Hybrid
During coaching sessions, the practitioner and client discuss the client's career-related achievements and goals, including re-entering the workforce after career pauses.
Coach and client work together to strengthen the client's executive presence, clarity, influence and confidence after career breaks, burnout and more. They may also discuss and process through navigating promotions, salary negotiations, and/or leadership transitions, helping the client to accelerate their career, step into leadership, and re-enter the workforce with confidence through structured, coaching sessions.

Service Animal/Emotional Support Animal and Medical Cannabis Letters for Her Wellness Clients only, 15-30 minutes: In-Office or Tele-health

A Note on Insurance and Our Cancellation Policy:
It's the clients responsibility to confirm coverage with Her Wellness Therapy and any co-pay and/or deductible PRIOR to beginning therapy. Please call your insurance company PRIOR to being seen. Once we hear from you, Shelby, our Billing Specialist confirm the information with insurance, so that no one is left with any unforeseen or unpaid bills.
Therapy is most effective with regular attendance, when the client pays a fair amount, and the practitioner receives a fair wage. This is how we determine our rates. Each session is an hour of valuable time for client, practitioner, and waitlisted clients. A session missed, is an hour is forever lost. Because of this, we charge a full session fee eg $150 (for an individual therapy session) for all non-emergency late cancels and no shows, with less then a 24-hour notice.
