About Yvette
In her own words:
"Yvette is a compassionate therapist who specializes in supporting women, adolescents, and young adults in building resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper connection with themselves and others. She creates a warm, welcoming space where clients can slow down, reflect, and explore their inner experiences at a pace that feels safe and supportive. Yvette believes therapy is a collaborative process and works alongside her clients to foster insight, healing, and meaningful growth.

Her approach is grounded in attachment-based work, mindfulness, and authentic communication, with a strong emphasis on strengthening the relationship clients have with themselves. Yvette helps individuals develop healthy boundaries, increase confidence, and navigate life and relationship challenges with greater clarity. She integrates trauma-informed care with cognitive-based theories, IFS, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support lasting emotional growth and change.

With nearly two decades of experience, Yvette has worked across a range of therapeutic settings, including wilderness and residential treatment programs, where she supported adolescents, young adults, and families through transitions and reintegration. This depth of experience allows her to meet clients where they are and tailor her work to their unique needs. She is dedicated to creating a safe, empowering environment where clients can reconnect with their inner strength and move toward a life that feels grounded, connected, and authentic."
