About Alexi
In her own words:
"Hi there! I’m an Associate Mental Health Counselor here at Her Wellness, where I work with teenagers and adults to help them find their way back to their most authentic selves. I believe every individual carries an inherent inner wisdom, and I’m passionate about creating a safe sanctuary where you can tune out the noise of the world to reconnect with your own voice and values.
I specialize in supporting those navigating identity and faith transitions, as well as providing affirming care for the queer community. To me, therapy is about more than just "fixing"; it’s about expansion and discovering what truly makes you feel alive. I love integrating creativity, art, and nature into the healing process, helping you move through life’s shifts with a sense of fulfillment and a deeper trust in who you are."
