“Hi, I’m Cody — a leadership and career coach for ambitious women ready to level up. For two decades, I’ve worked with Fortune 100 brands across New York City, London, Houston, and Park City, helping top executives and marketing leaders transform how they lead, negotiate, and communicate their value. Now, I’m taking everything I’ve learned from the corporate world and bringing it directly to women who are ready to own their power and elevate their careers.
