About Kassidy

In her own words:

'Kassidy is a second year MSW Intern who is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where clients can show up authentically. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating sexual trauma, sexual concerns and insecurities, sexual shame, anxiety, depression, faith transitions, and the challenges that can come with motherhood.

Kassidy is trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1 and is interested in incorporating a variety of therapeutic approaches into her developing practice, including IFS, CBT, DBT, ACT, existential and person-centered approaches, play therapy, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and mindfulness-based practices.

At the heart of Kassidy’s approach is the belief that clients are the experts on their own lives. She strives to encourage autonomy and empowerment while providing a supportive space for clients to explore their experiences, better understand themselves, build meaningful connections, and move toward healing and growth at their own pace."
