Hey there! I'm Lizzie, a plant-based, latina feminist! I've been a therapist for over four years, in private practice for two years and expanded to a group practice in February of 2025! I earned my MSW at the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work in 2020, and my B.A. in Honors in Psychology at California State University, Northridge in 2017. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and am trained in IFS (2024) EMDR (2021), CBT (2020) and ERP (2025).

 

I knew after healing my own complex trauma, that I wanted to become a therapist and help other survivors get out of the trenches too. I know what it's like to suffer through deep, grief and loss, domestic violence, sexual and religious trauma, the toxic Hollywood industry, alcoholism and more. If you are ready to feel better and put in the work, I'm your girl! Most people who prioritize their mental health can heal too, and I'd be honored to support and guide you on your healing journey.

 

My philosophy is that we have an abundance of love, wisdom, power, and self-healing energy within ourselves, sometimes we just need some professional, unbiased support to develop and/or deepen self-love, insight, confidence and to unlearn negative narratives and beliefs we've been conditioned to believe.
