Hey there! I'm Lizzie, a plant-based latina feminist! I've been a therapist for four years, in private practice for two years and expanded to a group practice in 2025! I got my MSW at the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work in 2020, and my B.A. in Honors in Psychology at California State University, Northridge in 2017. I'm also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (2024), and am trained in IFS (2024) EMDR (2021), and CBT (2020).

 

I knew after healing my own trauma wounds, that I wanted to become a therapist and help other survivors and empaths do the same. I know what it's like to suffer through deep, grief and loss, domestic violence, sexual assaults, religious trauma, CPTSD, severe depression, BDD, alcoholism and more. My philosophy is that we have an abundance of wisdom, power, and self-healing energy within ourselves, sometimes we just need some professional, unbiased support to develop and/or deepen self-love, our insight, confidence and more. Thats where I come in. I see myself as a change agent. I specialize in treating identifying females struggling with complex-PTSD, mood disorders and more utilizing client-centered, evidenced-based and integrative approaches.
